About me

My sales journey began in client-facing industries such as retail, where I honed my skills in customer service and relationship building. I then transitioned to the fast-paced world of automotive sales, working with both B2B and B2C clients as a delivery driver.

In 2011, I decided to pursue a new adventure in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. Through a certification course called BioWorks, I gained a comprehensive understanding of the patient-centered process of medicine production. Eager to learn and grow, I started as a filling tech 1 and quickly advanced to become a shop floor trainer and technical process engineer. Within four years, I was promoted to Department Manager, leading over 50 operators across 10 teams over a six-year period.

During my tenure, I became a subject matter expert in MES and was granted admin user rights to support the company’s digital transformation.

While Looking to transition into the tech industry, I pursued a Certified Scrum Master and Project Management certification course to expand my skillset. With a background in AGILE and LEAN SIX SIGMA frameworks, I had a competitive edge in the tech industry. While exploring various opportunities, for my first shot at the big leagues in sales, I honed my skills by building relationships with mentors and sales coaches, and enrolling in a Tech Sales boot camp called Course Careers. Through this experience, I was able to hone my creative communication style and fill in any gaps in my knowledge.

My creativity also led me to pursue my passions in leather crafting and photography, both of which provided additional opportunities for communication and networking. As a self-taught Leathersmith, I designed and crafted unique belts, wallets, and accessories. Likewise, I became fascinated with photography and learned to take stunning product shots, leading to the creation of a scalable business.

My diverse experiences have equipped me with a unique perspective and skill set that enable me to excel in sales and customer service. Whether working with clients or leading teams, I am committed to delivering exceptional results and fostering relationships built on trust and mutual respect.
